National School of Drama is an autonomous Institution funded by the Government of India, Ministry of Culture. This school is build up by the Sangeet Natak academy that provides candidates to grow their characters in the field of drama. Institute provides the three years diploma course to the students. Institute also provides the monthly scholarship of Rs 3000/- to the meritorious candidates. Course will be commencing form July, 2010. The national school of drama is providing a well organized theatre to all aspiring candidates and mentioning the candidates features in a special way. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Candidate must have graduated from the recognized University to be eligible for this course.
• Candidate must have participated in at least 6 productions.
• Candidate must have working knowledge of English and Hindi
• Candidate must be of minimum 20 years and should not be more than 30 years of age.
• Candidate has to be medically fit to be eligible for this course.
• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of clearance of fitness test.

• Candidate has to appear in Aptitude test conducted by the Institute.
